Recipient of Donations
When donations are enabled, donations made through CrowdFlow Foundation cause campaigns will be received by CrowdFlow Foundation and designated for the relevant cause fund.
CrowdFlow Foundation is designed around clear donor-facing disclosures. Donors should understand who receives the donation, what cause it is designated for, how partner organizations may be involved, and what information remains subject to final approval.
When donations are enabled, donations made through CrowdFlow Foundation cause campaigns will be received by CrowdFlow Foundation and designated for the relevant cause fund.
A cause designation identifies the charitable purpose the donor intends to support. CrowdFlow Foundation will use cause-fund records to track designated support and guide charitable use consistent with the relevant cause description.
CrowdFlow Foundation retains discretion and control over charitable use of funds. This helps preserve appropriate charitable oversight while allowing donors to designate support toward a specific cause area.
A cause campaign may reference partner organizations, subject-matter organizations, potential grantees, or examples of groups working in a cause area. Unless expressly stated, donations are made to CrowdFlow Foundation, not directly to any partner organization.
Final tax-status, deductibility, and acknowledgment language will be provided only after the relevant legal, accounting, and operational review is complete. Donor-facing receipts or acknowledgments will not be issued until approved templates and issuer information are in place.
A payment confirmation, when available, confirms that a transaction was processed. It should not be treated as an official charitable acknowledgment unless the confirmation expressly says so using approved Foundation language.
