Transparency and Reporting

CrowdFlow Foundation is being designed to support cause-level transparency. Reporting systems will be added over time as donation processing, fund tracking, and downstream charitable use are implemented.

What We Expect to Report

Future reporting may include donation totals by cause fund, grants or disbursements, administrative notes, campaign updates, and other information that helps donors understand how designated support is being stewarded.

Cause-Level Tracking

Each cause campaign should map to a defined internal fund or designation code. This allows the Foundation to track support by campaign and preserve a clear relationship between donor intent, fund records, and eventual charitable use.

Timing

Public reporting will be introduced only after the underlying payment, accounting, reconciliation, and review processes are ready. Until then, this page serves as a placeholder for the Foundation's transparency framework.

Corrections and Updates

If reporting errors, refunds, reversals, or adjustments occur, the Foundation expects to handle them through clear correction records rather than silently rewriting historical information.
